SCOPE OF ROLE:-

Overall responsibility to ensure that the Lounge Operations is in order effectively, including all aspects of service, monitoring operations procedures, manage team members, monitor guest satisfactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To manage, ensure and monitor efficiency and smooth operations.
  • To monitor and ensure systems implemented and regulatory requirements are conducted in a consistent manner.
  • To manage budget and control cost.
  • To analyse monthly profit and loss and costing.
  • To brief, orientate and train new staff.
  • To provide leadership to a team staff.
  • To ensure high standard of reporting method and all important information are shared to all staff.
  • To monitor staff appearance, attire, conduct and work attitude and emphasize the important of team spirit.
  • To ensure timely preparation of management report and to monitor and supervise on all administrative matters.
  • To assist in the staff recruitment and training.
  • To monitor on manning strength and scheduling.
  • To monitor and recommend staff overtime and leave requirements.
  • To analyse overall operations performance and to identify key area for continues improvement.
  • To implement procedures as directed by the management.
  • To ensure and manage operational functions in effective and economical manner.
  • To coordinate with the Sales department and to oversee the entire preparation for group or special events usage of the lounge, meet and greet transportation requirements etc.
  • To follow-up and to monitor the process of the event until it is finalized and concluded.
  • To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
  • To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.
  • To undertake other jobs assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 - 5 years' of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
