Key responsibilities: -

  • To collect and record all invoices submitted to Finance Department.
  • To process E-invoicing and validate in middleware to be submitted to Inland Revenue Board Malaysia
  • To assist allocate budget or payment for administrative expenses
  • Assist in checking staff claims and prepare payment
  • To monitor and ensure all cash advances have been cleared
  • Posting invoices, staff claim, staff advance into accounting system (XERO)
  • Assist in documentation - scanning, filling etc.
  • Assist in prepare and update Account Payable listing
  • Update bank record on daily basis
  • Upload payment to internet banking system and email payment slip to respective departments
  • Assist on other duties in relation with administration, accounting and other financial matter required from time to time
  • To comply with company policies and procedures
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior or management

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
