Job Descriptions:

· Manage the development and execution of regional digital marketing programs, including SEM, marketing automation, social media, website and online advertising campaigns

· Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention

· Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements, website traffic, social media impression and email campaigns

· Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends and implement these new technologies to enhance brand awareness in the digital space

· Support and execute the B2B digital demand generation strategy, including development with all inbound and outbound tactics, including emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs and workflows.

· Working with Directors to develop & implement targeted sales strategies.

· Devising and presenting ideas and strategies

· Produce written and multimedia content and manage all social media accounts

· Experience leading and managing digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)-unpaid strategy / Search Engine Marketing (SEM)-paid marketing, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, website analytics, latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

· Innovative and strategic think with a strong business acumen and analytical abilities

· Knowledge in ecommerce or marketplaces are added advantages

· Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition and conversion, new membership subscription and renewals.

· Develop and implement strategy in order to improve new user’s acquisition, monthly active user’s growth and monthly subscription and recurring revenue growth across all sales and marketing channels.

· Research market to discover new product trends in order to grow Average Unit Revenue per Unit (ARPU) and sales volume across all our sales channels.

· Constant engagement with key users to understand user sentiments and develop plans to improve user retention.

· Analyze various data to develop data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPI

· Planning and execution on all communication and media actions on all channels including online and social media.

· Managing marketing budget

· Sales, supply and demand forecasting

· In-depth knowledge in e-commerce marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
