  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Finance Executive / Sr Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive or Senior Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles & financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
