Job Description:
- Daily processing of Customer's orders including invoicing.
- Ensure that all orders and invoices are in order
- Handling customers' enquiry through multiple channels, email, whatsapp, app, phone call etc.
- Dealing with multiple Product code /SKU, pricing structure.
- Any other Operations Administrative matters.
Requirements:
- This role requires weekend work, with scheduled rest days provided on weekdays.
- Minimum SPM with related working experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
