Job Description:

  • Daily processing of Customer's orders including invoicing.
  • Ensure that all orders and invoices are in order
  • Handling customers' enquiry through multiple channels, email, whatsapp, app, phone call etc.
  • Dealing with multiple Product code /SKU, pricing structure.
  • Any other Operations Administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • This role requires weekend work, with scheduled rest days provided on weekdays.
  • Minimum SPM with related working experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
