Job responsibilities
- Assist in overall HR administration, recruitment and operations
- Assist in sourcing, screening candidates, schedule interviews and onboarding
- Process monthly payroll including overtime and allowances
- Assist in submission of statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp)
- Generate monthly reports for payroll, statutory, headcount or any ad-hoc reports required by management.
- Assist in issuance of all HR related letters to employees
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records
- Process grant applications and claims in HRD Corp e-tris system
- Attend enquiries from employees related to payroll, leaves and claims
- Update new hires, confirmation and resignation records.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or any related field
- Minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills with attention to details
- High sense of urgency and results driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
