Job responsibilities

  • Assist in overall HR administration, recruitment and operations
  • Assist in sourcing, screening candidates, schedule interviews and onboarding
  • Process monthly payroll including overtime and allowances
  • Assist in submission of statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp)
  • Generate monthly reports for payroll, statutory, headcount or any ad-hoc reports required by management.
  • Assist in issuance of all HR related letters to employees
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records
  • Process grant applications and claims in HRD Corp e-tris system
  • Attend enquiries from employees related to payroll, leaves and claims
  • Update new hires, confirmation and resignation records.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills with attention to details
  • High sense of urgency and results driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
