Strategic Business Growth & Sales- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with early education centers, schools, and corporate clients.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct negotiations and contract discussions to close deals successfully
Client & Partnership Development- Create and present customized service packages tailored to different client needs.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations that align with our business model.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and exhibitions to expand brand visibility and generate leads.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Revenue & Performance Management- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and business development activities
Requirements- Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership management, preferably in photography, early childhood education, or creative industries.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to close high-value deals
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, creative environment
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, or PR strategies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:- Diploma/ Degree in Business Development/ Digital Marketing / Mass Communication and other related course in business/ marketing
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Passionate, creative, resourceful and result orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Chinese.
- Able to speak Mandarin/ English
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently / team work and willingness to learn or assist team member.
- Able to multitask in a fast pace environment.
- Posses own transport & have a good direction sense
- Proficient in MS Office
