Production Executive

• Execute production schedule by ensuring that production capacities, targeted materials and labour are available to achieve agreed quantity, quality and cost outputs for timely delivery.
• Manage and control production activities to minimize wastage and downtime.
• Monitor and control production costs to achieve agreed productivity and cost per unit output target.
• Responsible to conduct Failure Analysis to implement corrective / preventive actions.
• Execute Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance programs to achieve company quality targets and standards.
• Upkeep in good order the condition of the plants and equipment.
• Ensure that Occupation, Safety and Health system of work are implemented and that all possible steps are taken to prevent accidents and to prevent hazards.
• Train and develop foreman and operators to meet the present and future needs of the plants.
• Coach and instill awareness and skills of Quality and Food Safety Management to the Production team.
• Develop and maintain effective teams, improve commitment and motivation to promote high morale.
• Ensure compliance to GMP, HACCP, 5S and other industry standards, certifications and practices as required by the organization.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Responsible to support the company’s Food Safety Program by executing effectively the requisite activities that promote food safety as specified by the company.
• Perform any other assigned duties deemed fit and appropriate for the position.

Qualification : Degree in Chemical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience : Minimum one (1) year relevant working experience preferred. Experuebc

Skills : Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft word.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
