  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Task

Assist Warehouse & Distirbution Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and distribution of goods, including managing people, processes and systems to ensure optimal efficiency and KPI targets are met.

Job Description

  • Assist to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and distributing goods.
  • Ensure that inventory is managed effectively and accurately using designated system.
  • Assist to implement and manage operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse capacity to ensure that space is optimized for storage.
  • Assist to coordinate and manage the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and standards.
  • Assist to develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and address discrepancies.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the warehouse and distribution team, ensuring that staff are trained, motivated and performing at their best.
  • Ensure that the warehouse operates in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor expenditures and manage operational costs to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving warehouse an distribution operations.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management, distribution or logistics.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), other relevant software and MS Office is an added advantage.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:
