Job Description:

Human Resource:

  • Responsible for timely processing of payroll by calculating pay, distribution checks and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc. and to ensure that all data entered the payroll system are accurate.
  • Ensure statutory submission are completed timely and efficiently and liaise with statutory bodies.
  • Involves in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training, and development, compensation, and benefits, performance, Foreign Workers Management as well as lay-off and termination.
  • Prepare employment related letters and maintain employee personal file and ensure all information are accurate, current, and complete.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates.
  • Process and follow appointments, reassignments, promotions, and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way, being sensitive to human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments/duties as and when required by superior.

Admin:

  • Renewal of company business licenses & others licenses on time.
  • Permit Renewal of Foreign Workers.
  • Perform other administrative tasks including office purchases, arranging for office maintenance, and car maintenance.
  • Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in handling company payroll processing & Foreign Worker Management is a must.
  • Possess strong knowledge of payroll process and understanding of Labour Laws and well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure.
  • Has the nature of trust and maintains high confidentiality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Posses own transport with valid driving license.

Additional Information:

  • Willing to work alternate Saturdays.
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
