  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing Oracle database solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Performing database administration tasks including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Oracle database systems.
  • Ensuring database security and implementing access controls.
  • Performing database performance tuning and optimization.
  • Collaborating with software developers to design efficient database schemas and optimize SQL queries.
  • Developing and maintaining database documentation, including schemas, configurations, and procedures.
  • Planning and executing database backup and recovery strategies.
  • Keeping abreast of Oracle database technologies and best practices to propose continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Engineer or Oracle Database Administrator.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture, including Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM.
  • Proficiency in Oracle database administration tasks such as installation, configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and other database monitoring tools.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with database security best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with any of the below

  • Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Autonomous Database.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality
  • Experience in Oracle APEX (Low Code platform)
  • Experience in Oracle Goldengate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
