KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Work closely with District Manager, or any other assigned superior, on store operations, manpower issue and provide improvement solutions
  • Coaching team members to perform their duties well and developing their skills and talents
  • Plan and prepare monthly duty roster and ensure that team members follow the stipulated SOPs, policies and guidelines
  • Monitoring attendance and staff performance while providing constructive feedback
  • Responsible for managing outlet keys, outlet daily opening and closure on time
  • Developing sales strategy and leading team members to drive sales and achieve sales target
  • Resourceful in terms of capturing sales opportunities
  • Provide excellent product and customer service while training and coaching team members to provide and maintain an excellent standard of service
  • Ensure housekeeping is done every day, maintaining a clean and presentable outlet appearance with all merchandise displayed according to the stipulated guidelines
  • Monitoring inventory movement and merchandise levels; raising request to Merchandising team when there is insufficient inventory
  • Accountable for loss prevention and security of inventory (not limit to CCTV), and carrying out regular spot checks and stock-take activities
  • Ensure cash float and sales collection are calculated accurately, stored safely and banked in accordingly
  • Update the budget for monthly and annually sales target
  • Prepare management reports on a monthly basis
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as needed from time to time to support the smooth flow of the operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM qualification
  • More than 5 years of working experience in luxury brand is required for this position or equivalent retail experience
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who is proactive and eager to learn
  • Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Possess strong leadership qualities with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Commercial thinking with a sales-driven mindset
  • Act as people leader
  • Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
