KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist logistics executive in handling the inbound and outbound according to requirements.
- Monitor and process order.
- Coordinate with internal partners, suppliers, customers, and shipping forwarders.
- Update and manage inventory records through the system as instructed by the Logistics Manager.
- Perform weekly inventory checks.
- Monitor in/out of products with proper documentation.
- Ensure all relevant reports are submitted to the superior on a timely basis.
- Report all abnormalities/accidents/cases to management in a prompt manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
- Converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
