Job Descriptions

  • To manage day-to-day accounting operations and functions, such as data entry to the accounting system.
  • To prepare asset, liability, and bank reconciliation by compiling and analyze account information.
  • To document financial transactions by entering account information correctly and accurately.
  • To reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyze account information.
  • To prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • To assist and provide support to the Accounts Department (Account Executive).
  • To perform basic office tasks, such as filing (daily updates)
  • To handle internal emails related to payments / invoices
  • To liaise with pre-school admin for billing related matters.
  • To assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate LCCI / Diploma in Accounting & Finance, or any relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the accounting field.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work well with subordinates.
  • Able to operate accounting software (SQL is an added advantage).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
