Job Descriptions
- To manage day-to-day accounting operations and functions, such as data entry to the accounting system.
- To prepare asset, liability, and bank reconciliation by compiling and analyze account information.
- To document financial transactions by entering account information correctly and accurately.
- To reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyze account information.
- To prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- To assist and provide support to the Accounts Department (Account Executive).
- To perform basic office tasks, such as filing (daily updates)
- To handle internal emails related to payments / invoices
- To liaise with pre-school admin for billing related matters.
- To assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate LCCI / Diploma in Accounting & Finance, or any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the accounting field.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work well with subordinates.
- Able to operate accounting software (SQL is an added advantage).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
