  • Standardize responses across WhatsApp, email, social media, and live chat to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Integrate communication channels for consistent interactions across platforms.

3. Enhance Customer Experience & Build Trust

  • Implement a customer-first approach to service to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
  • Focus on responsiveness, transparency, and delivering value to enhance trust.

4. Minimize Refunds & Returns

  • Improve product education and pre-sales support to set clear expectations, reducing the need for refunds and returns.
  • Address potential issues proactively to prevent dissatisfaction.

5. Improve Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with warehouses and courier partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Keep customers informed about their order status to reduce uncertainty.

6. Create SOPs & Automate Support

  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and order tracking.
  • Implement automation where possible to streamline support, such as FAQs, chatbots, and automated status updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
