Job descriptions
1. Maintenance & Repair
· Oversee and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of engines and vehicles.
· Quality check to ensure the repair is complete.
· Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
· Perform vehicles inspection, maintenance service repair, overhaul and replacement of parts or components.
· Ensure proper documentation of repairs, services, and maintenance schedules.
2. Leadership & Team Management
· Supervise, train, and monitor a team of mechanics
· Assign work duties, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
· Communicate with client & 3rd party PIC
· Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or certification in Automotive or a related field
· Minimum 10 years of experience as mechanic
· Expertise in diagnosing and repairing
· Strong leadership and team management abilities
· Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
· Good communication and reporting skills
· Possess Class D driving license

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
