  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What will you gain throughout the internship?

  • Exposure to the real commercial world, understand the latest market trend and end-to-end hiring process.

  • Critical thinking skills through mediating different situations with different people,
  • Interviewing and assessment skills through identifying and assessing for the most suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Job posting in social media and various job portals to connect for potential candidates.
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment activities through searching, phone calling, interview coordination, candidate pre & post interview follow-ups, letters preparation and on boarding training.
  • Assist in any other administrative tasks when assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, or any other related fields.
  • Required skill(s): Good communication skills (verbal and written), Good interpersonal skills, Self-disciplined.
  • Passion in the recruitment field, enjoy meeting new people, strong team players, willing to learn, and accountable for tasks assigned.

Please kindly state the start and end date of the internship period.
