Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives.Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management and employee engagement.Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.Conduct regular visits to estates to monitor and support HR operations including manpower management and on-site employee welfare.Develop and manage HR policies, procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and the Sarawak Labour Ordinance as applicable. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Working experience in the oil palm sector is an added advantage.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws including the Sarawak Labour Ordinance and Employment Act 1955.Proven experience in local and foreign recruitment, payroll processing and managing employee benefits.Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be willing and able to travel to estates regularly.
