Job Responsibilities:Assist the Managing Director in planning and executing strategic goals and operational initiatives.Oversee and coordinate activities across departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.Facilitate communication between the Managing Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders, and represent the Managing Director in meetings when required.Monitor business progress and prepare detailed reports, presentations and updates for the Managing Director on business performance, estate operations and ongoing projects.Provide regular updates and reports to top management on key business metrics and operational developments.Work closely with relevant departments to resolve issues related to estate operations.Conduct regular site visits to estates to monitor performance, assess operations and provide guidance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices. Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in the oil palm plantation.Strong understanding of estate operations, business management and strategic planning.Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Willingness to travel regularly to estates.
