  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation. • Engage with guests, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized and stocked. • Create unique and innovative cocktails while adhering to established recipes and standards. • Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing guests with correct change and receipts. • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages. • Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests. • Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and a seamless dining experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a reputable establishment, with a strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink mixing techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of current industry trends, popular beverages, and customer preferences. • Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel's operation schedule. • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification preferred.
