Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the hiring of top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and create job descriptions for open positions.
  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies, to find and attract candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, report on progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing recruitment campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
