  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

1. To plan and implement marketing activities to create market awareness 2. To supervise Marketing Executives and implement project sales activities to achieve project business plan goals. 3. To implement and administer guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance 4. To review and comment on advertising materials to ensure that the marketing collaterals are of acceptable quality 5. To instruct and supervise the Marketing Executive(s) to ensure a productive and effective marketing team. 6. To consult and cooperate with the line manager and matrix team members to achieve timely completion of operational tasks. 7. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS). 8. Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, International Standards, local regulations, code of practices, and legal requirements. 9. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health. 10. Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.

Requirements

Qualification : Degree in Marketing or equivalent. Experience : Minimum 3 years working experience in Marketing in the property development industry. Technical Skills : Basic knowledge on government laws and regulations regarding to property Basic knowledge on building/property specifications Additional knowledge on property valuation is preferable Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices.
