  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job responsibilies:

  • Orders, receives, and stores supplies in warehouse or supply room.
  • Reviews incoming order forms for proper coding, quantities requested, and authorized approvals; inspects and verifies supplies received against invoice and packing slip; initiates requests for vendor corrections.
  • Contacts approved vendors to reorder routine supplies; processes paperwork related to supply requests, including small purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and check requests.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and positive rapport with vendors.
  • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
  • Performs clerical duties related to maintaining stock inventories and stockroom; may operate a computer terminal and/or personal computer.
  • May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • High school diploma or at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Experience dealing with FMCG, food or beverage is an added advantage.
  • Good management skills and effective communications and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across multiple levels.
  • Highly independent, resourceful with high personal initiative/drive
  • Thorough operating principle with “hands-on” mentality
  • Proactive with good negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skills required – Supplier/Vendor management, Sourcing, Negotiation, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Forecasting, Analysing, Strategic Planning, Communication

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
