Job responsibilities
- Be the face of our hospital, providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our patients and visitors
- Guiding and navigating patients and visitors throughout the hospital, ensuring they reach their destinations efficiently.
- Suggesting doctors based on patient needs and preferences.
- Providing directions to various departments and clinics within the hospital.
- Escorting patients to their respective clinics when necessary.
- Assisting with any inquiries or concerns from patients and visitors, providing helpful and accurate information.
- To address to all customers’ feedbacks promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of hospital layout and services preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
