- Help with the management of inward logistics to production facilities, including shipping, port clearance, handling, unpacking of imported materials, demurrage management, and warehousing. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory import requirements.
- Support in the management of outward logistics to ensure all exports comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in ensuring exports meet country-specific statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure records are up to date.
- Help manage and maintain accurate records of all import/export-related documentation, including licenses, permits, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. Assist in the timely submission of required reports to regulatory authorities.
- Assist in certification, registration, licensing, audit processes, and supplier evaluations, supporting the manager with all necessary government-related processes.
- Support the auditing of suppliers as necessary to ensure compliance with site certification standards and participate in internal and external audits to demonstrate adherence to company policies, SOPs, ISO standards.
- Assist in managing stock levels of raw materials and consumables on-site to ensure adequate stock is maintained, supporting the implementation of trigger levels for ordering patterns.
- Assist the finance team with cash flow projections and support in related financial tasks.
- Monitor material standards and assist in ensuring that QC & QA requirements are met, including the documentation required by QA (e.g., COA, samples, test analysis, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, ISO standards.
- Support the creation and documentation of purchasing specifications, SOPs, and procedures for future reference.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other commercial documents as required, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with customer or business requirements.
- Assist with order processing, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation for smooth transaction execution.
- Work closely with the Production Department to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage shipment schedules for on-time delivery.
- Work closely with the Quality Department and Nutritionist to ensure that all quality and nutrition requirements are met for materials and products.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to gather the necessary documentation required for deliveries, ensuring that all delivery documents are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager, assisting with tasks related to the area of responsibility.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
