To take charge of the successful day-to-day operations.
To work closely with plant and quality assurance personnel to review product quality constantly while monitoring yield rates and wastage to determine trends and areas for improvement.
To oversee the production of SyAqua feed products to the highest standards of quality, consistency and efficiency. Ensure the production facility operates at maximum efficiency to allow maximum sustainable profitability.
To review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
To ensure Standard Operating Procedures are developed and maintained for all operational sections of the facility and operators always follow these procedures.
To take overall responsibility to ensure manpower planning at optimal level, that staffing, and competency levels achieved/ exceeded in all aspects of the manufacturing process. Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance.
Monitor operational expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
To develop and execute plant manufacturing budget, including capital investment and new projects.
To direct and control reporting staff including performance management, guidance, and disciplinary action.
To encourage and promote operations in a continuous improvement environment and reduce cost.
Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
To work closely with commercial on delivery arrangement & confirmation of order quantity
To comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
To establish and maintain high standard of manufacturing discipline, 5S and ensure the production floor safety.
To manage and ensure to minimize the machinery downtime and constant looking into improvisation.
To ensure the safety measures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
To manage and arrange stock level and inventory.
To comply with DOE & DOSH requirement.
To comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
To ensure quality standards are defined to the exact high standards demanded by our customers and that those standards are rigorously enforced in feed manufacturing operations.
To work with commercial team to identify customer requirements and ensure production is in line with forecasts and sales from a production point of view.
To prepare budgets and forecasts and ensure that they are presented, tracked and reported in a timely manner.
To report actual performance results against budget and agreed targets in a timely manner and suggest and implement corrective action where necessary.
To oversee the certification and renewal of certifications for ISO and Health Safety and Environment.
To supervise warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, and distribution logistics.
Involve in regular stock counts and ensure that inventory figures are accurate and tally with records.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on performance metrics.
Ensure all production equipment and machinery are well-maintained and operational; oversee routine inspections and repairs.
Maintain stock levels of parts and materials, ensuring timely availability for production needs.
Oversee and optimize preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
To ensure compliance of all local laws and regulations and SyAqua business policies and procedures relating to manufacturing are rigorously adhered to at all times.
To undertake special projects as discussed and agreed from time to time relating to area of responsibility.

Requirements :

4 to 5 years of experience in production management or related roles in manufacturing
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint·Experience with production management and reporting applications
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and efficiency improvement techniques

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
