ACCOUNT ADMIN
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accounting or related field
2. Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an added advantage
3. Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
1) Checking (GR/PI/INV HQ) and transfer GR to PI for all branch -order only - daily
2) Submit e-inv for GR order only (all 8 branch) - daily
3) Open CN for return item from branch (in branch & hq) - if any/upon request
4) Checking whatapps & attend branches' needs (bypass, create item code, create new business partner and others if any) - daily
5) Issue self-billed for rental and utilities expenses (e-invoice). - monthly
6) Checking and submit consolidated e-invoice for all branches. - monthly
7) Request for and key in e-invoice field's customer data in SIMBIZ. - if any/upon request
8) To complete any ad hoc task given
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
