The Responsibilities of the Role :

  • Responsible for the daily administrative requirements of the CEO office.
  • Ensure work produced is timely and accurate.
  • Managing supporting staff such as front desk administrators,drivers;
  • Organizing the Annual AGM and quarterly board meetings.
  • Ensure all travel related requisitions are processed as per policy.
  • Ensure all documents produced or forwarded for signature is in compliance to the company process.
  • Liasing with other departments to coordinate work flow required by the CEO office.
  • Any other tasks as required by management.


The Requirements for the Role :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent professional qualification..
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year working experience in a similiar position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
  • Dynamic , highly motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal skills.


The Package :

  • Attractive salary - Can earn up RM6,000.
  • Performance related Bonus.
  • Annual Leave is 15 days.
  • Medical Leave is 14 days.
