The Responsibilities of the Role :
- Responsible for the daily administrative requirements of the CEO office.
- Ensure work produced is timely and accurate.
- Managing supporting staff such as front desk administrators,drivers;
- Organizing the Annual AGM and quarterly board meetings.
- Ensure all travel related requisitions are processed as per policy.
- Ensure all documents produced or forwarded for signature is in compliance to the company process.
- Liasing with other departments to coordinate work flow required by the CEO office.
- Any other tasks as required by management.
The Requirements for the Role :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent professional qualification..
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year working experience in a similiar position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
- Dynamic , highly motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal skills.
The Package :
- Attractive salary - Can earn up RM6,000.
- Performance related Bonus.
- Annual Leave is 15 days.
