Job description:

  • To provide hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit and operation risk and ensure controls are operating effectively.
  • To creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments and to reduce credit risk of the companies.
  • To monitor policies and procedures that will foster the companies' potential to meet its sale and risk management goals.
  • To monitor and assess active accounts to reduce or prevent bad debt losses. To actively support efforts to identify credit risk related issues and coordinate issues resolution management.
  • To identify risk mitigation opportunities and develop/maintain portfolio reports. Preempt fraud detection challenges at the strategy and portfolio level and provide analytical/modeling solutions.
  • Take proactive approach to streamline & improving the existing credit control processes.
  • To digitalise the credit control management.
  • To oversea the preparation of performance reports for management review.
  • To carry out any other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must process Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Credit Control in Retails Malls.
  • Good communication skills.
