Job description:
- To provide hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit and operation risk and ensure controls are operating effectively.
- To creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments and to reduce credit risk of the companies.
- To monitor policies and procedures that will foster the companies' potential to meet its sale and risk management goals.
- To monitor and assess active accounts to reduce or prevent bad debt losses. To actively support efforts to identify credit risk related issues and coordinate issues resolution management.
- To identify risk mitigation opportunities and develop/maintain portfolio reports. Preempt fraud detection challenges at the strategy and portfolio level and provide analytical/modeling solutions.
- Take proactive approach to streamline & improving the existing credit control processes.
- To digitalise the credit control management.
- To oversea the preparation of performance reports for management review.
- To carry out any other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must process Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Credit Control in Retails Malls.
- Good communication skills.
