Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To make outbound calls to existing customers of Senheng in order to sell services and products
- To ensure accurate Data Entry of customers
- To learn all product knowledge of Senheng and strive to continually improve performance on a daily basis
- To meet and strive to exceed the sales target daily
- Represent the Company, its products and services in a professional and effective manner, ensuring integrity in everyday work
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of and interest in products and service from customers
- Meet the project’s performance standard
- Contract length: 6 months
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma, degree in relevant or other equivalent fields.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to respond/ adapt to different types of customers’ characters.
- Familiar with basic Computer Knowledge.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
