  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To make outbound calls to existing customers of Senheng in order to sell services and products
  • To ensure accurate Data Entry of customers
  • To learn all product knowledge of Senheng and strive to continually improve performance on a daily basis
  • To meet and strive to exceed the sales target daily
  • Represent the Company, its products and services in a professional and effective manner, ensuring integrity in everyday work
  • Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of and interest in products and service from customers
  • Meet the project’s performance standard
  • Contract length: 6 months

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma, degree in relevant or other equivalent fields.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to respond/ adapt to different types of customers’ characters.
  • Familiar with basic Computer Knowledge.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
