Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, organizing documents, answering phones, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of office documents, reports, and presentations.

· Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for team members and executives.

· Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Redirect messages as needed.

· Filing & Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.

· Record Keeping: Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases.

· Office Organization: Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

· Meeting Coordination: Organize meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.

· Client Interaction: Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

· Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other office duties, as needed, to support the team and ensure office efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Diploma/ Bachelor of Degree or equivalent
