Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist on daily billing
- Ensure billing close on time with high accuracy
- To ensure data, records and filing are kept properly in order and up to date
- Submit weekly documentations to HQ
- Maintain bank balance record, assist in issuing RV & PV
- Other related work following instructions/assignment from superior.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Resourceful, initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure.
- Must be able to meet deadline and be detail oriented and accurate in the information.
- Possess high degree of confidentiality.
- Computer literate in accounting software with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
* Based at Melinau Shipping Sdn Bhd, Lot 31, Lebuh Sultan Mohammed 1, Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, 42000 Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor
* Working Hours : Mon - Fri ( 0830 - 1700 ), Sat ( 0830 - 1230 )
