Requirements & Qualification

  • Diploma's in English, communications, technical writing, journalism, or a related field with 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly material.
  • Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable content.
  • Proficiency in using documentation and content management tools, such as Microsoft, Adobe, content management systems (CMS), or video editing software, depending on the format of content (document or video).
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a variety of material, including user manuals, product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Experience in collaborating with subject matter experts and team members to gather information and validate content.
  • Ability to update documentation to reflect changes in products, processes, or policies.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices for documentation.
  • Attention to detail to review and edit documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ability to ensure that documentation aligns with the organization's branding and style guidelines.
  • Proficiency in performing regular quality checks on existing documentation to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a wide range of documentation, including user manuals, product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather information and validate content.
  • Ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and user-friendly.
  • Organize and categorize documentation for easy retrieval by team members and clients.
  • Update documentation to reflect changes in products, processes, or policies.
  • Ensure that documentation adheres to relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Promote the use of documentation as a knowledge-sharing tool within the organization.
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and encourage team members to utilize documentation for reference and training.
  • Prepare related document, process and procedure that is required to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment within the section /department.
  • Review and edit documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ensure that documentation aligns with the organization's branding and style guidelines.
  • Perform regular quality checks on existing documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the Lead and Middle Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
