JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the Accounts, Admin, Billing and HR team.
- Liaise with bankers, external auditor, tax agent, company secretary and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely payment of employees’ salaries.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly financial reporting.
- Handle company petty cash fund.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- At least 3 years of working experience with strong management skills.
- Familiar with SQL software, SST reporting and E-invoice implementation.
- Can start work immediately would be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in Sg. Chua, Kajang.
- Applicants without the necessary qualification but with relevant experience will also be considered.
