Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

· Licensing Management: Oversee the application, renewal, and compliance of all necessary licenses and permits for construction projects and subcontractors.

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all licenses are maintained according to relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

· Documentation Review: Review and verify licensing documentation and applications for accuracy and completeness.

· Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate the licensing process.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all licensing and permitting activities, ensuring timely renewals and compliance audits.

· Monitoring Changes: Stay informed about changes in licensing regulations and construction laws to ensure ongoing compliance.

· Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management regarding licensing status, compliance issues, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience in licensing or regulatory compliance within the construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations and licensing requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
