  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, oversee, and manage the Clean-to-Build indicator for materials, ensuring their availability for production and shipment. Utilize systems data to analyse and track orders, inventory levels, and production progress.
  • Lead, monitor, and analyse inventory levels, identifying and driving slow-moving and, excess & obsolescence stock.
  • Collaborates with the supply chain department to coordinate the timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with various functional teams to ensure contingency plans are in place to deal with changes/crisis situations.
  • Monitor discrete job schedule and update customer focus team of potential challenges in meeting customer demand.
  • Analyze and track performance metrics, such as on-time delivery to the customer etc.
  • Collaborate with program teams to understand customer demand patterns and incorporate them into planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Preferred include familiarity with Rapid Response (RR).
  • Adaptable and flexible in embracing changes in line with organizational objectives, growth, and profitability.
  • Strong organizing, planning, priority setting and analytical in problem solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
