Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Fresh Graduate – Finance, Material Planning & Risk & Sustainability Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role provides exposure to various business functions, including financial analysis, material planning, risk management, and sustainability initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to learn and develop analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Finance & Accounting: Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction processing, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
  • Material Planning & Supply Chain: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, analyze supply chain data, and support procurement and logistics teams.
  • Risk & Sustainability: Conduct risk assessments, support sustainability initiatives, ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, and analyze ESG-related data.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Sustainability, Mathematics, or any related field.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Internship experience in finance, supply chain, or risk-related roles is an advantage.
