Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyse ESG and ERM data for reporting.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track progress of sustainability targets and initiatives.
- Support the implementation of action plans, policies, and training programs.
- Collaborate with departments (operations, HR, facilities, finance etc) to gather data and drive initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sustainability performance data.
- Manage internal communications and awareness campaigns for sustainability & risk areas.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices and trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Superior from time to time and meeting deadlines required by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sustainability or risk management; fresh graduates with relevant projects or internships are welcome.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and preparing presentations.
- Experience with ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, ISSB, Bursa Malaysia, FTSE4Good), carbon accounting (Scopes 1-3), net-zero modelling or ESG tools is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
