Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Conversion:
- Engage with prospects in semiconductor and medical fields, conducting meetings to present SAM TG’s tailored solutions.
- Convert leads into active clients by addressing industry-specific engineering and manufacturing needs.
2. Project Proposal and Execution:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop proposals meeting technical requirements and industry standards.
- Support project managers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
3. Relationship Management and Reporting:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring regular updates and issue resolution.
- Track metrics on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and project milestones.
Requirements:
1. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or in Business/Commercial Fields such as Business Administration, Industrial Management, Operations Management, Sales and Marketing, or International Business.
- Strong background in automation solutions, equipment customization (ODM and OEM), and technical sales.
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development or technical sales within the semiconductor or medical sectors, with a primary focus on acquiring new clients.
- Hands-on experience in project management, including planning, coordinating, and executing project timelines.
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive in approaching new prospects.
2. Skills:
- Persistent, practical, and systematic in engaging and following up with potential clients.
- Strong project management abilities, including planning, coordinating timelines, and tracking milestones.
- Experience with project planning tools to support smooth project execution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on customer needs.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
