  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role/ The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Developer to join our technology team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft's technology stack and a passion for developing high-quality software solutions, while being proactive, open to feedback, sharing knowledge and information and carrying a positive can-do attitude.
What You’ll Do:
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and best practices in coding, design patterns, and architecture.
    • Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Mentor and support junior team members in their technical development.
    • Foster a culture of learning through regular knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops.
    • Encourage continuous learning and skill development within the team.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other teams (e.g., Product, Architects) to ensure smooth development and delivery of features.
    • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Presentations & Demos:
    • Participate in team presentations, demos, and stakeholder meetings to showcase project progress and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into projects.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of engineering best practices.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Advanced experience in programming and scripting language: C#.NET and PowerShell.
  • Advanced experience in version control system: Git and branching strategy.
  • Advanced experience in database: Cosmos DB, SQL server
  • Advanced experience in implementing unit test, integration test and end-to-end test.
  • Experience in containerized application development.
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD best practices and IaC.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum ceremonies best practices.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge in programming principles: SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, clean code & refactoring.
  • Experience in using development tools such as Visual Studio, VSCode, Resharper.
  • Experience in optimizing software performance using profiling tools.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments.
  • Knowledge in evolutionary architecture: Microservices.
  • Experience in SAFe principles and hotfix delivery processes.
