Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our Finance and Purchasing team with accounting tasks, data entry and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy of records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions into accounting software.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support the Purchasing department in raising PO and liaising with suppliers.
  • Assist in inventory tracking as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Purchasing team including filing, document preparation and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or data entry roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
