Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a self-driven, innovative, and collaborative Marketing Executive - Innovation to be responsible for brainstorming product ideas, developing recipes and product prototypes, and staying abreast of beverage trends. In addition, this individual will manage the beverage calendar and menu SKU management, working cross-functionally with other departments in order to ensure smooth launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

· Explore new products, ingredients, trends, and technologies to continuously improve the quality, customer satisfaction and cost of the Company’s beverages.

· Explore flavor trends to identify new product or product improvement opportunities.

· Assist local product development team to explore market trends to guide the innovation for new beverage products, both permanent and limited time offers as well as refining SOP to suit local market needs.

· Partner with the consumer insights team to gain information about consumer preferences/needs, and use this information as basis for new beverage development.

· Assist the team to organize regular beverage tasting panels and presentations to showcase products to internal departments and others as needed.

· Work with purchasing and external ingredient vendors to select raw materials for beverage production on a timely manner.

· Communicate needs, review and manage documentation for all third-party products, ingredients and recipes.

· Provide support regarding all beverage product development, information and documentation.

· Partner with the learning and development team to ensure employees are properly trained as new products are introduced.

· Liase with digital marketing team and with the creative team to support the development of marketing materials (ie; Product related)

· Manage internal departmental documents and files as required by Finance, Marketing and Operations for the Roll-Out Guides.

Your Ingredients

· Demonstrated ability to work in an accurate and organized manner.

· Strong worker with ability to multi-task and to work independently when needed.

· Demonstrated initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and with vendors.

· Enthusiastic team player who approaches projects in a collaborative manner and can work cross-functionally.

· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

· 1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry; experience with developing beverages is a bonus.

· Excellent tasting skills –any external courses or certifications in tasting (coffee, tea, other) would be an asset.

· English proficiency required.

· Degree in Hospitality & Tourism, Hotel, Culinary or Food Technology, anything relates to Food & Beverage.
