Job Description:

  • Strategic Campaigns: Develop and implement creative and data-driven digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Content Optimization: Create and optimize engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and manage the company’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, and Instagram.
  • SEO/SEM Management: Optimize website structure, content, and paid advertisements to improve search engine rankings and increase traffic.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Collaborations: Work closely with designers, web developers, and vendors to enhance user experience and improve marketing efforts.
  • Email Marketing: Craft online newsletters, promotional emails, and coordinate their distribution.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Landing Page Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create landing pages that maximize conversions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital efforts align with brand messaging and guidelines.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, WebTrends, and social media analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Creative mindset with experience in designing data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of video and image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
