Requirements :

  • Possesses SPM / STPM / Diploma, Degree and any equivalent in related field
  • At least 2 years of 5 star hotel management work experiences

Job Descriptions :

  • Manage full responsibilities of Front Office department
  • Assisting Reception / Front Desk with relocation of guests during full house / overbooked situations. To assist, manage and coordinate during group check-ins, VVIP arrivals, and hotel inspections when it is required
  • Handling guests complaints and resolving the situation effectively
  • Participate in staff selection – reviewing applications and assisting with interviews
  • Conduct performance appraisals – analyzing training needs and scheduling training sessions
  • Conduct orientation and introduction of new employees and on-the-job training
  • Maintaining corporate standards and ensuring that they are adhered to at all times
  • Ensuring that all staff know procedures and standards required within their sections and keeping workstations tidy at all times
  • Monitoring appearance, personal hygiene and uniforms of staff
  • Improving efficiency of above through better methods and training
  • In charge of all emergency situations in absence of higher authorities especially during weekends & public holidays
  • Held regular briefing and attend meeting
  • To ensure that valet parking and guest automobiles are and supervised frequently.
