  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Manage, supervise and coordinate AV operational support to all AV system, entertainment activities and maintaining all AV equipment to ensure all are in good working condition and Operate AV electronic equipment and provide AV services to Thistle AV System, Live shows or Special Events requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest standard technical support for all department requiring AV services, either for internal or external parties.
  • Managing the performance of Back Ground Music system to ensure continuous-trouble-free operations Supervise all services provided for show and entertainment that involves AV equipment and personnel ensuring the compliance to requirements and expectations.
  • Advice the content provider on the correct format and specifications to comply with the AV system requirements.
  • Troubleshooting of faulty equipment and propose temporary solutions for issues arising during operational hours to ensure no disruption to scheduled show and entertainment events.
  • Perform corrective maintenance services on any faulty AV equipment to ensure they are functioning as intended.
  • Planning and performing periodic maintenance schedule on all AV equipment and stocking of spare parts requirements to minimize risk of equipment failure.
  • Perform administrative duties as expected by the Management.
