- Report duty to Sales Manager
- Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports within timeline
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Ensure outlet(s) and employees follow company standard operation procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Report sales results to the management in a timely manner
- Participate in management meetings with other managers from other departments
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level and above
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail field especially selling in IT products (mobile, gadget and networking)
- Must possess own transport
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Able to do paperwork
