Job Specification:

1. Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is an advantage.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in the food industry, particularly in noodles or related categories, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing large-scale business development projects.

3. Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of the FMCG distribution network and channel dynamics (retail, wholesale, and HoReCa).
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of market research techniques, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.
