  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Project Development Executive 07

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering (C&S)/ Project Development/ Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience.
  • Candidates with experiences from developer high-rise project’s will be shortlisted as priority.
  • Strong organizational skill and multi tasking.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • With own transportation.
  • Work Monday to Friday.
  • Work location Bandar Kinrara, Puchong

Job Description

  • Responsible project planning in property construction from planning’s stage to handover.
  • To liaise with consultants/ vendors/ relevant parties on matter related to project implementation.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion meet deadline according to approved drawings specifications.
  • To attend/ conduct consultant meeting, site construction meeting.
  • To assist in implementing quality, safety & environment management system, i.e. Policies, activities, procedures, instructions where is relevant as per SOP and ISO.
  • Other project administrative task may assign by the superior.
