Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Application Engineer to join our Fluid Connectors Division. The successful candidate will provide technical support and solutions on our fluid connectors products line like our robotic tools changer(MPS), quick mold changer(QMC), multi coupling system(MCS) and other standard/customized quick couplings portfolio to our customers, working closely with the sales team to drive growth and customer satisfaction. The role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, customer service, and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As domain specialist, provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding the selection, application, and troubleshooting of the company fluid connector products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions for customers and distributors.
  • Participate in the development of new products by providing feedback from the field and working with engineers from production unit.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all customer interaction and technical solutions provided.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to continually improve our product offerings and services.
  • Assist in creating technical literature, manuals, and marketing materials.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support, installation assistance, or problem resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Application Engineer in the fluid connectors, automation, plastic industry or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and fluid dynamics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
