  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Position: Assistant Operations Manager

Salary: RM5000 +- (depends on experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Port Klang Free Zone , Selangor

Description:

  • Oversee the daily supply chain process, including transportation, distribution operations, and import/export customs compliance.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by meeting logistic service expectations and resolving service issues.
  • Lead and manage logistics operational staff, including training, performance evaluation, development and recruitment.
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports on logistics performance and cost analysis.
  • Analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and manage the logistics budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and controlling expenses.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with logistics service providers while negotiating contracts to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve issues related to logistics operations, such as delays and discrepancies, to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Implement and utilize logistics software and technologies to improve efficiency and stay updated on industry advancements.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in logistics activities.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards, including customs, import/export laws, and safety requirements etc.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Business Management or other related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of logistic operation experience, including minimum 2 years of managerial role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
